When Do I Receive Free Shipping?
When you place an order at Mother Seeds, you will receive free shipping.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
The time it takes for our customers to receive an order depends entirely on the postal service and time of year. ie; annual holidays, bank holidays.
Please be aware that the stated delivery times, although often accurate, do vary depending on delays within the postal system. Any delays that occur during transit are entirely down to the postal service in charge of delivering the parcel and not Mother Seeds.

Can I Cancel My Order?
If you haven’t transferred any payment to us, your order will be deleted automatically from our order system, with no further action required on your part. All your order details will be automatically deleted from our files after a certain period.
If we already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please check your email address for the shipping order status to see if it is still possible to cancel your order.
